The Business Department provides a wide range of support services for the school districts. The Department collects, processes and disseminates all fiscal, budgetary, budget development and monitoring documents.  These include accounts receivable and payable; purchasing; payroll; budget; and inventory for the district.

Bisbee Unified School District operates on a fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending June 30. The district has a long-standing commitment to careful management of taxpayer money to make every dollar count.
