Background & Education
Jennifer McBeth is a proud graduate of Bisbee High School.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Arizona.  She went on to complete her Master of Science in Education with a focus on Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment at Walden University.  She later completed her principal certification program at the University of Arizona.  She most recently earned her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy, also from the University of Arizona.

Professional Roles
Dr. McBeth currently serves as the Superintendent of the Bisbee Unified School District, leading district-wide strategic planning and operations.  Previously, she held the position of Assistant Superintendent and has also fulfilled the role of Director of Instruction, Greenway’s principal, and various teaching positions in the district.

Commitment to the Community
As an alumna of the district she now leads, Dr. McBeth brings deep roots to the Bisbee educational community, combining local insight with formal leadership training to support students, staff, and families across the district.
